The 7th International Workshop on the Interrelationship between Plasma Experiments in Laboratory and Space was held in Whitefish, Montana on June 29-July 3, 2003.

IPELS is a workshop on current topics pertaining to experiments in laboratory and space plasmas. The workshop goal is to find common ground among researchers working in these areas in order to foster greater understanding of plasmas.
